These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Notes Safe, a private notes app with optional Google sign-in and Google Drive sync. By using Notes Safe, you agree to these terms.

App Information

Use of the App

Notes Safe is provided to help you create, organize, protect, back up, and restore your personal notes. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the app, its services, or other users.

Your Notes and Content

You are responsible for the notes, checklists, drawings, reminders, categories, and other content you create in Notes Safe. You should not store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content in the app.

Your notes remain your content. Notes Safe does not claim ownership of your personal notes.

Google Sign-In and Google Drive Sync

Notes Safe may allow optional Google sign-in and Google Drive app data folder sync. This feature is used to back up and restore app data related to Notes Safe.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can revoke the app's Google access from your Google account settings at any time.

Privacy

Your use of Notes Safe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how the app handles notes, Google account information, app settings, and sync data.

Security and Backups

Notes Safe may include lock, biometric unlock, local storage, and optional cloud backup features. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are encouraged to keep your device, Google account, and backup settings protected.

Notes Safe may use third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Google Drive to provide authentication, sync, backup, restore, and app functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to Google's terms and policies.

App Availability

We try to keep Notes Safe available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be updated, or be removed over time.

No Warranty

Notes Safe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the app's reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or data recovery success.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of notes, data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of Notes Safe.

Account Access and Termination

You may stop using Notes Safe at any time. You can delete local app data by deleting notes or uninstalling the app, subject to your device backup settings. You can also revoke Google access from your Google account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Notes Safe after changes means you accept the updated terms.
